WEPA - Cloud Printing (CatPrints)


This article introduces WEPA, also known as CatPrints, which provides document management services to students, faculty, and staff. 

Overview

This UA-branded cloud printing service is designed to meet the university's printing needs, allowing users to upload and manage documents online from any internet-connected location.

Documents can be sent from cloud storage services like OneDrive or Google Drive or uploaded directly for printing at campus CatPrints kiosks.

Note: WEPA print drivers are pre-installed on OSCR lab computers.

Download & Install the Printer Driver

To print from your computer or mobile device, follow the steps below to download the free WEPA print driver for PC or Mac.

  1. Go to WEPA website and click on Log In
  2. Select University of Arizona from Select Your School dropdown option
  3. Enter your UA NetID and Password
  4. Download and install the WEPA Print App appropriate for your computer, PC or Mac

    2. Apple iOS WEPA Print App download
Print a Document from your Computer

To print at a CatPrints kiosk, follow these steps: 

  1. Choose WEPA-BW or WEPA-Color from your printer menu
  2. Enter your NetID
  3. The print job will be uploaded to the cloud and remain available to print from any kiosk for 24 hours
Kiosk Instructions

Follow the steps below for when you are at a CatPrints Kiosk:

  1. Swipe your CatCard at a CatPrints kiosk
  2. Enter your NetID and password
  3. Choose your print job from what is in your print queue
  4. Use CatCash from your CatCard or use a credit/debit card (additional service fee applies) to pay
