Guest Account - Password Reset


This article provides guidance on how to reset a Guest Center account password.

Guest Center accounts are created in UAccess Student by a student for their parent or another individual. The parent or other individual has the ability to reset their account password by following the steps in this article.

Reset Forgotten Password

This section provides instructions for guests on how to reset a forgotten password for their Guest Center account.

  1. Go to http://uaccess.arizona.edu, and click on Guest Center in the Students column.
  2. Click the Guest Center Login button.
  3. Click the Reset forgotten password link at the bottom of the page.
  4. Enter the email address associated with the Guest account in the Email field and click SUBMIT.
  5. A new password will be sent to the email address you entered.
Create Custom Password

This section explains how guests can update their password within the Guest Center after logging in. 

  1. Go to http://uaccess.arizona.edu, and click on Guest Center in the Students column.
  2. Select the Guest Center Login button.
  3. Enter the email address and password associated with the account and click LOGIN.
  4. Select the Account Setting icon (looks like a gear wheel) found in the top-right corner of the page. (Next to your name)
  5. Use the fields on the Account Preferences page to set a custom password for your Guest Center Account.

  6. Select the CHANGE PASSWORD button.
