This article explains why clicking links in email notifications from UAccess Financials can result in an error and how to resolve the issue. A UA VPN connection is required to access UAccess Financials from off-campus.
If your Action List preferences are configured to send you email notifications and you click on a link in one of those emails without having a VPN connection, you will get an error that prevents the page from opening.
To resolve the issue, establish a VPN connection and try the link again or log in to UAccess Financials directly and navigate to your Action List to view the document that generated the email notification.
