Tech Zones


This article provides an overview of the Tech Zones managed by UITS.

Tech Zones are areas that support personal computing needs for Students, Faculty, and Staff who have an active NetID.

Overview

Tech Zones are dedicated spaces providing in-person IT support and high-performance computing resources.

What We Offer:

  • Access computers with pre-installed software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Help from Tech Consultants trained by the 24/7 Support Center. We can assist with troubleshooting University systems and your personal devices.
  • CatPrints Kiosks are convenient pay-for-print services located right in the zone.

Locations & Hours:

  • Main Library Tech Zone: 1510 E. University Blvd. (located downstairs).
  • Student Memorial Center: Closed for Renovations (May 2026)
